President James S. Facinelli

Education & Background A native of West Hazleton, PA, Jim graduated from the public schools there, attended Hazleton Area Vo-Tech for training in masonry, plumbing, and electrical, and attended Penn State University. Work experience includes the following: Cabinet maker for Drums Sash and Door Co., Hazleton, PA; Cabinet maker for William Penn Museum, Harrisburg, PA; Lead carpenter for Townhouse Restorations, Harrisburg, PA.Presently, Jim is the owner and president of Restorations Unlimited, Inc. (incorporated in 1977), a design-build, and general contracting company, which specializes in the restoration, rehabilitation, and high-end renovation of older buildings. Jim's responsibilities include job coordinating/scheduling, supervising, estimating, consulting, customer relations, and lead carpentry.

Activities, Past & Present
-Jim is one of the first 50 (#28) Certified Graduate Remodelers in the U.S.
-Former board member of the Metro Harrisburg Home Builder's Association.
-Founder and 3-time president of Harrisburg Builders Association, Upper Dauphin Chapter.
-Past member of the Pennsylvania Builders Association Small Contractors Council.
-Present member of the following organizations: Historic Harrisburg Assn., Friends of Fort Hunter Museum, Historical Society of Millersburg, and Gratz, PBA Small Contractor's Council, and The Upper Dauphin Area Rotary Club.
-Past board member of the Upper Dauphin YMCA, and was the "clerk of the works" for the new $ 1.4 million new YMCA building.
-Past board member of Yorktown Mutual Insurance Company.
-Jim has completed his Master Builders Degree, which makes him one of three
hundred Master Builders in the Country.

Staff
The Company currently has a construction and carpentry crew of 10 in the field.   Jack Shiley is Project Manager and Adelle Facinelli is Office Manager.   Our construction and carpentry people have a total of 130 years of experience with our firm alone.   Jack has been in the construction trades since the 1970's. He has experience as a carpenter, finish carpenter and tile setter.  He supervised a portion of reconstruction of federal housing on St. Croix, Virgin Islands, after hurricane Hugo and had his own kitchen and bath business from 1989 to 2000.   Adelle came to us after retirement with 38 years experience in the communications business. Her career started with Bell of Pennsylvania in 1964 and concluded in 2002 as Community Relations Manager for Commonwealth Telephone Enterprises.
